OUR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY

Fresh from the night at Seaside Seafood at Macapagal, we decided to consume the Italiannis’ GC sent by my bestfriend for my birthday. She also sent for Serye and The Spa. Thanks Armie, you’re such a wonderful friend, miss you.

We had a late lunch at Italianni’s. We had a serving of their hot item, Sicilian Chicken Salad, the Seafood Pasta and the Baked Salmon. It was a sumptuous meal, we really enjoyed it. See the foods pics,

We thank you Lord for all of these….

Prayer for a Wedding Anniversary

“Heavenly Father, we thank You from the bottom of our hearts for your continued blessings on our union that have enabled us to reach another anniversary. We thank You for letting our love deepen and for helping us in time of trial. We know that without your assistance we would never have remained so close as we are.

We ask You to continue to watch over us, over our homes and families. Help us to renew our vows of love and loyalty and to strive to remain united with You, steadfast in our faith and in your service. Amen.”

Prayer for the Gift of a Child

“God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob; God who created the universe and sustains it every money, we praise you, we thank you and we glorify you.

Lord, you who gave a child to Abraham, we thank you, we praise you. Seeing the tears of Hanna, Lord you gave her a child. Elizabeth who was barren in her old age, you blessed her with a child.

You who are the giver of all perfect gifts, we ask you to bless us with wonderful children, who will be your chosen instruments to spread your love. The days/months/years of our sorrow and pain for not having a child, we surrender it to you.

We forgive every person who has insulted us or made fun of us because we were not blessed with a child. Jesus, our Lord and Master, bless those who have hurt us. Fill them with your Holy Spirit.

Lord, whatever be the obstacle to have a child, let it be taken away from us right now with the power of Your precious blood and precious name.

Praise You Jesus. Thank You Jesus. Amen”

On the Eve of our Anniversary

Weeks before the d-day, my hubby told me he wanted to treat the whole family out. And as a suggestion from my sis-in-law, Dampa/Seaside was considered. So I checked the website for the restaurants at Seaside Seafood Resto along Macapagal Ave. There are plenty of them, and they have almost the same rates. June and I decided to have it on a Saturday, dinner, so we can have January 31 for us alone.

We left the house at around 8PM, quite late for a dinner. We were all hungry already, but we need to wait for my bro-in-law’s wife coming from work. Actually, she and her husband are not supposed to come based on the original plan, but we pity them they will miss the fun and this is the first time that all of my husband’s immediate family will dine out together. You just don’t know how happy June was. He’s been planning for this to happen for a long time. And it did. You can’t just imagine how we were able to fit in the van. There’s 17 of us all, and pleaseeee, don’t mention the size.. It’s a good thing, 4 of them are kids and the 2 nieces are slim, but the rest of us are all weightlifters….hahahaha.

We arrived at Seaside Paluto Restaurants at around 9PM. After choosing the resto, we proceeded at the market to buy the goods. Our dish is composed of shrimps, squid, crab, fish (maya-maya) and tuna belly. After dinner, we passed by at MOA just to hang. The kids tried the bungee jumping and the water balloon (?), don’t know what it’s called. We went home around 1AM of January 31, our 6th year wedding anniversary. It was a night of fun…and we were so happy my husband and I thought of having it again on our 7th Year.

May God permit.
